Looking for Experience Reach Forklift Drivers for Local Liquidation Center, that will lead into permanent hire.

Payrate $19

Schedule  8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri  (some weekends)

Job duties include but are not limited to: Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities. Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the warehouse. Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks. Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouse. Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions. Checking loads are secure. Stacking empty pallets. Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment. Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards. Dumping materials into machine hoppers

Requirements for position are as followed:  Warehouse experience required. Previous experience in a customer-facing role. Certified to drive stand up and sit-down forklifts. Employee should be familiar with and capable of operating standard office equipment (photocopier, facsimile machine, personal computer, adding machine, stapler, 3-hole punch, etc and warehouse equipment (manual pallet jack, dock leveler, scale, etc.); some lifting (up to 50 pounds) may be required. Superior attention to detail. Good interpersonal and customer communication skills Must possess excellent organizational skills; detail-orientated with strong follow through skills. Enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with Liquidity Services’ best interest in mind Demonstrate a high degree of awareness to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Ability to work well in a team environment is required. Candidate must be able to work in a typical warehouse environment where there may be uneven floor surfaces.
